PLEASE make sure all information is complete!!
- Name, address, phone number and email must be on the form.
- FAMILY MUST RESIDE IN DELAWARE COUNTY
- Parent or Guardian must initial and sign form.
- Gender / Age / Name - must be provided and a birth certificate for each child if you haven't already provided previously.
- FORMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE SATURDAYS DURING PANTRY HOURS OR FILLOUT FORM

At Harry's hands to help and heal, our vision is to create a community where mental health is a top priority and individuals can access the resources they need to achieve optimal well-being.
Donations are always welcome in our 24 hour outdoor storage container.
HH2HH collecting of hygiene items, grooming supplies, and feminine products for distribution is underway.
- *Drop off Saturday's 11-2pm, or anytime in outdoor bin at our pantry. Located 2 south Chester pike, Glenolden. Back parking lot, first double doors.
