This monthly no-commitment group will include peer support, emotional well-being, and open discussion about; anxiety, depression, OCD , BPD, suicide ideology, suicide attempt & survivors, PTSD, loss of a loved one, grief, self harm, behavior disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse, all mental disorders.
