WELLNESS WEDNESDAY PEER MENTAL ADULT SUPPORT GROUP .
~This monthly no-commitment group will include peer support, emotional well-being, and open discussion about; anxiety, depression, OCD , BPD, suicide ideology, suicide attempt & survivors, PTSD, loss of a loved one, grief, self harm, behavior disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse,

~Peer support is about conversation, dialog, and mutual understanding. There is comfort in knowing that someone else has been through the struggles you are experiencing. It focuses on the art of connecting with others, both in our joys and in our pains.
When: Third Wednesday of every month
